Willie's Wildcat Cookbook
For the first time in NU history, the Northwestern CatBackers
have assembled a collection of over 600 recipes on 352 pages. Also included in the cookbook are sports facts on our 19 varsity teams, recipes and inspirational quotes from our head coaches, over 100 pictures, training table menus, Willie's Cat Food and cooking
and tailgating tips.
There are recipes from over 25 former NU student-athletes including Chicago Bear Nick Roach, Barry Cofield, Luke Donald and Evan Eschmeyer- just to name a few.
All of the proceeds from the sale of the book on nusports.com go directly to the Wildcat Fund which helps provide scholarships and other vital support to our student-athletes.
